The Elizabeth House Family Life Center, Inc. is a non-profit [501C(3)] faith-based/community organization with a goal to reach those most vulnerable in our society who are challenged in their efforts to achieve some of the fundamental life accomplishments such as excelling or completing high school, being prepared to enter college or the workforce or simply building a strong economic status that will ultimately allow them and their families to enjoy a great quality of life.
We believe an important mission of our organization is to join with other community leaders, agencies and institutions throughout our region working collaboratively to empower individuals while strengthening families to build vital communities where they live, work and play! Education is at the center of our "Theory of Change" and an essential element in our approach to help those we serve reach achievable goals that help them to succeed!
As a community-focused organization we plan to serve all people regardless of race/ethnicity, religious belief or social/economic condition, but focusing primary on youth and young adults between the ages of 15-24 years who live in low-to-moderate income households and are defined by societal standards as disadvantaged. |
